RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because many of our products are custom printed specifically for each customer, please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made, personalized, or print-on-demand items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the problem

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective:

• Custom printed apparel

• Personalized products

• Clearance or final sale items

• Gift cards

• Digital products or downloads

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact the shipping carrier. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we will do our best to help.
